To My Son Joe...
You were my first born, so we began a road
Together that was unfamiliar to either
of us..
Together we learned and shared the first moments of
Mother and Child, which will always remain "Precious"...
And
it was always together, in mind or soul,
That we walked down the road of
New beginnings, that may have been
Paved
just for us...
I will never forget any one of the joys
Or sorrows that shaped you and I...
And now we still must
continue to walk,
On our road of life...
It may not be together as it had always been,
But my spirit and soul will
always be, "Yours"...
So always hold your head high
And soar like an eagle...
And continue on that road which is
yours
To follow...
And never forget that part of you
Will always be a part of me..
And the love that binds us
will never fade..

Our son Joe was known as a "big teddy bear" who was loved by many many friends and family. He loved
to go fishing, camping, and was in tae kwon dao. He worked with Youth Build in Bemidji Mn., He graduated from High School
in 1998. He also worked with a construction company out of Bemidji.
His life was sadly taken from us on December 19th 1998, at the hands of security guards at the Leech
Lake Palace and Casino in Cass Lake Mn., while he was looking for help from being beat up in a motel room of theirs.He was
buried with his Xmas gifts on Xmas eve day.We all miss him so much, his smile, his heart, his life.
He leaves behind his Mother Barb, his Father Thomas, his Stepdad Mike, his Grandmother
Monica, 4 siblings, Brad, Julian, Jacob, and Jessica. He also leaves behind many aunts and uncles, cousins....and so many
friends.......WE LOVE YOU JOE!!!!!!
